Ukraine, Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen and Sudan\u2026<\/p>\n
The wars in those regions as a result of the political and military interventions carried out by the United States and Western imperialist powers in their effort to preserve and re-establish their hegemony, are increasingly becoming rehearsals for a far more extensive and major war\u2014a world war.<\/p>\n
Under NATO leadership, the world\u2019s largest terrorist organization, a Europe\u2013Russia confrontation that would also draw our country into its orbit is constantly being put on the agenda through the war in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
While many European countries\u2014particularly British, German and French- are preparing for such a bloody confrontation, in which tactical nuclear weapons are said to be used and many countries would become involved, the United States continues to remain the shadowy force behind this process.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, U.S. imperialism continues to spread fire not only across this region but throughout the world.<\/p>\n
The new period that began at the beginning of this year, with the attack on Venezuela on 3 January, has been followed by a war against Iran that has now been continuing for a full six months.<\/p>\n
Socialist Cuba has been subjected to an uninterrupted and suffocating blockade for more than half a century.<\/p>\n
Mexico and Greenland are likewise among the prominent targets of Trump\u2019s aggressive assertion that \u201cthese places should belong to us.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, another extremely dangerous process continues to unfold in the Asia-Pacific, which has emerged as imperialism\u2019s principal arena of confrontation, with the aim of encircling China.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, in Palestine and Lebanon, the brutality of genocidal Israel is once again being intensified as Netanyahu\u2019s electoral investment ahead of the Israeli elections.<\/p>\n
Against this backdrop, what are the potential threats facing our country in such an international context?<\/p>\n
The latest agreements concluded by the AKP government are in the process of completely eliminating our country\u2019s independence and sovereignty, while turning it into an accomplice\u2014alongside the Western imperialist powers\u2014in the wars and bloody confrontations continuing in Iran, Ukraine and Yemen.<\/p>\n
Unable to become a direct participant in the U.S. and Israeli aggression against Iran, the AKP government is now trying to persuade the people to accept this war through the Neo-Ottomanist \u201cpeace process,\u201d decorated with tales of peace. The unrestrained greed of capital, expansionist imperial ambitions, the religious and sectarian reactionary character of the AKP government, and the aggression of U.S. imperialism towards the region have come together, and cries of \u201cmarching on Iran,\u201d from both the right and the so-called left, have filled the air.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, once again in line with U.S. interests, the AKP government is preparing to establish a new command structure in the Bosphorus for a military coalition led by Britain and France. It is \u201cvolunteering\u201d for NATO\u2019s extremely dangerous military mission in the Baltic region and, at the same time, is rising to become a major supplier of some of Ukraine\u2019s critical military needs.<\/p>\n
Adding to this picture the Mecca Agreement recently concluded with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, our country has also been turned into a potential participant in the war against Yemen, among other conflicts, and is increasingly being drawn into armed confrontation on multiple fronts.<\/p>\n
In short, the world, our region and our country are approaching 1 September, World Peace Day, on the eve of a bloody confrontation in every respect.<\/p>\n
Under such circumstances, the only way to prevent our country and the world from being sacrificed to the interests of multinational monopolies is for working people to rise up.<\/p>\n
The only way to stop these wars and prevent humanity\u2019s future from being thrown into the fire of nuclear madness, is to put an end to the system of exploitation.<\/p>\n
To strengthen the struggle against this system and pave the way for genuine peace, all foreign military bases in our country must be closed, Turkey must immediately withdraw from NATO, the Mecca Agreement must be annulled, and the Neo-Ottomanist ambitions of expansionism that are dragging our country into dangerous adventures must be thwarted.<\/p>\n

Estas guerras, resultado de las intervenciones pol\u00edticas y militares llevadas a cabo en distintas regiones por Estados Unidos y las potencias imperialistas occidentales, movidas por su af\u00e1n de preservar y restablecer su hegemon\u00eda, se est\u00e1n convirtiendo cada vez m\u00e1s en el ensayo de una guerra mucho m\u00e1s amplia y de mayor envergadura: una guerra mundial.<\/p>\n
Bajo el liderazgo de la OTAN, la mayor organizaci\u00f3n terrorista del mundo, se plantea constantemente, a trav\u00e9s de la guerra de Ucrania, la posibilidad de un enfrentamiento entre Europa y Rusia que arrastrar\u00eda tambi\u00e9n a nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
Mientras numerosos pa\u00edses europeos, con los imperialismos brit\u00e1nico, alem\u00e1n y franc\u00e9s a la cabeza, se preparan para un sangriento ajuste de cuentas de estas caracter\u00edsticas \u2014en el que, seg\u00fan se afirma, se emplear\u00edan armas nucleares t\u00e1cticas y participar\u00edan numerosos pa\u00edses\u2014, Estados Unidos contin\u00faa actuando como la fuerza en la sombra que se encuentra detr\u00e1s de este proceso.<\/p>\n
Por otro lado, el imperialismo estadounidense sigue sembrando fuego no solo en esta regi\u00f3n, sino por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n
Al nuevo periodo iniciado a comienzos de este a\u00f1o con el ataque contra Venezuela, el 3 de enero, le ha seguido la guerra contra Ir\u00e1n, que se prolonga ya desde hace exactamente seis meses.<\/p>\n
Cuba socialista, uno de los pa\u00edses amenazados por esta agresividad, lleva m\u00e1s de medio siglo sometida a un bloqueo ininterrumpido y asfixiante.<\/p>\n
M\u00e9xico y Groenlandia figuran asimismo entre los principales objetivos de la agresiva pol\u00edtica de Trump resumida en la idea de que \u00abestos territorios deben ser nuestros\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, en Asia-Pac\u00edfico, que se perfila como el principal escenario de confrontaci\u00f3n del imperialismo, contin\u00faa desarroll\u00e1ndose otro proceso extremadamente peligroso destinado a cercar a China.<\/p>\n
En Palestina y L\u00edbano, mientras tanto, la brutalidad del estado genocida de Israel vuelve a recrudecerse como parte de la estrategia electoral de Netanyahu de cara a las elecciones israel\u00edes.<\/p>\n
Ante un panorama mundial como este, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son las posibles amenazas para nuestro pa\u00eds?<\/p>\n
Los \u00faltimos acuerdos alcanzados por el gobierno del AKP, adem\u00e1s de acabar por completo con la independencia y la soberan\u00eda de nuestro pa\u00eds, est\u00e1n a punto de convertirlo, junto a las potencias imperialistas occidentales, en c\u00f3mplice de las guerras y los sangrientos enfrentamientos que contin\u00faan en Ir\u00e1n, Ucrania y Yemen.<\/p>\n
El gobierno del AKP, que no pudo participar directamente en la agresi\u00f3n de Estados Unidos e Israel contra Ir\u00e1n, trata ahora de convencer al pueblo de que participe en esta guerra mediante el \u00abproceso (neo-otomano) de soluci\u00f3n de la cuesti\u00f3n kurda\u00bb, revestido de relatos sobre la paz. El hambre insaciable del capital, las ambiciones imperialistas expansionistas y el reaccionarismo religioso y sectario del gobierno del AKP se han unido a la agresividad del imperialismo estadounidense en la regi\u00f3n, mientras desde la \u00abderecha\u00bb y la \u00abizquierda\u00bb resuenan por todas partes proclamas llamando a marchar contra Ir\u00e1n.<\/p>\n
Por otro lado, el gobierno del AKP, una vez m\u00e1s en consonancia con los intereses de Estados Unidos, se prepara para poner en marcha un nuevo mando en el estrecho de Estambul para la coalici\u00f3n militar encabezada por el Reino Unido y Francia; se presenta como \u00abvoluntario\u00bb para participar en la extremadamente peligrosa misi\u00f3n militar de la OTAN en el B\u00e1ltico y, al mismo tiempo, se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en uno de los principales proveedores de algunas de las necesidades militares cr\u00edticas de Ucrania.<\/p>\n
A este panorama se suma el Acuerdo de La Meca, firmado recientemente con Arabia Saud\u00ed y Pakist\u00e1n, que convierte potencialmente a nuestro pa\u00eds, por ejemplo, en parte de la guerra contra Yemen. Nuestro pa\u00eds est\u00e1 siendo arrastrado cada vez en m\u00e1s frentes hacia conflictos armados directos.<\/p>\n
En definitiva, el mundo, nuestra regi\u00f3n y nuestro pa\u00eds reciben este 1 de septiembre, D\u00eda Mundial de la Paz, a las puertas de un sangriento enfrentamiento en todos los frentes.<\/p>\n
Ante este panorama, la \u00fanica manera de impedir que nuestro pa\u00eds y nuestro mundo sean sacrificados en beneficio de los monopolios internacionales pasa por que los trabajadores y los pueblos empobrecidos se levanten.<\/p>\n
La \u00fanica manera de detener estas guerras y evitar que el futuro de la humanidad sea arrojado a las llamas de la locura nuclear pasa por poner fin a la explotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Para intensificar la lucha contra este sistema y abrir el camino hacia una paz verdadera, deben cerrarse todas las bases extranjeras existentes en nuestro pa\u00eds, debemos abandonar inmediatamente la OTAN, el Acuerdo de La Meca debe ser arrojado a la basura y hay que poner fin a los sue\u00f1os expansionistas neo-otomanos que arrastran a nuestro pa\u00eds hacia peligrosas aventuras.<\/p>\n
