LET’S STAND UP TO HOLD THE CHILDREN OF THE COUP TO ACCOUNT<\/p>\n

Today is the 12th of September…<\/p>\n

It is the anniversary of the bloody military coup in which the fascist junta, called “our boys” by the US imperialism, targeted our working class, the revolutionaries and the people with great terror.<\/p>\n

Yes, they were very honest. The coup plotters were the children of the USA, the children of the bosses, especially the Ko\u00e7 family, who showered the coup plotters with letters of thanks. They were proud of their sons who won a bloody victory against the people…<\/p>\n

The children of the coup were first \u00d6zal, the enemy of the workers, and then Erdo\u011fan’s AKP, which said at every opportunity that it was following \u00d6zal’s example, but went beyond him in its hostility towards the people and liquidated the republic, which it saw as an obstacle for the bosses and imperialists.<\/p>\n

Now, 44 years have passed since this bloody coup, but we know and see that the ideas of the 12th September are still alive and in power.<\/p>\n

It still stands and remains in power with the AKP, with the bosses, with the dark religious reactionism that took Narin (the girl who is the victim of a recent religious sects-related murder) from us, with the imperialism that surrounds our country from top to bottom with its military bases and troops.<\/p>\n

The 12th September is a symbol for us, a symbol that we have to fight against. In order to stand up, to become a people again…<\/p>\n

We know those who are keeping this symbol alive today; that is why we have to intensify the struggle against the capitalist system, religious reactionism and imperialism.<\/p>\n

Our people, our working class has such an experience; as long as we stand up in an organised way…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
