Diyarbak\u0131r, Van ve Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyelerinin HDP\u2019li Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6revden alarak kayyum atayan AKP iktidar\u0131 bu zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201chukuk ve vicdana uygun\u201d diyerek savunmu\u015ftur. <\/h3>\n

Bu karar\u0131n hukuka uygun olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hukuk yoktur. <\/h3>\n

Bir \u00fclkede hukukun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edebilmek i\u00e7in yaz\u0131l\u0131 kurallar\u0131n olmas\u0131, \u00f6rne\u011fin neyin su\u00e7 oldu\u011funun, neyin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bu kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak belli olmas\u0131 gerekir. <\/h3>\n

Mevcut yasalarda se\u00e7imlerde bir partinin adaylar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7meyi ya da bir partiden se\u00e7ilmeyi su\u00e7 olarak tarif eden bir h\u00fck\u00fcm yoktur. <\/h3>\n

H\u00fck\u00fcmet de zaten yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmayan kurallarla \u00fclke y\u00f6netmekte, insanlar\u0131 tutuklamakta, g\u00f6revden almakta ya da i\u015ften atmaktad\u0131r.<\/h3>\n

Vicdana uygunlu\u011fa gelindi\u011findeyse, \u00fc\u00e7 belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revden al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n vicdani uygunlu\u011funu tartabilecek en son parti AKP\u2019dir. Eme\u011fe, vatana, k\u00fclt\u00fcre, insana, do\u011faya d\u00fc\u015fman bir siyasi zihniyetin vicdandan s\u00f6z etmesi, herhangi bir eylemini \u201cvicdana\u201d uygunlukla savunmas\u0131 sa\u00e7mad\u0131r.<\/h3>\n

AKP iktidar\u0131, neredeyse bir devrim iktidar\u0131 gibi hareket etmekte, yasa ve kural tan\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. Ancak devrimler insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yan toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerdir. <\/h3>\n

Daha iyiyi, daha g\u00fczeli, daha adili, daha geli\u015fkini kurmak i\u00e7in hamle yaparken kural tan\u0131mayan devrimler bir s\u00fcre sonra yeni kurallar koyarak siyasal ve toplumsal ya\u015fama \u015fekil verir.<\/h3>\n

AKP ise 17 y\u0131l s\u00fcresince hep yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131, k\u00f6t\u00fcy\u00fc, adaletsizli\u011fi savunmu\u015f ve her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da kurals\u0131z hareket etme ihtiyac\u0131 duymu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc AKP bir kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. Kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn kararlar\u0131n\u0131n sadece kurallara uygunlu\u011fu de\u011fil, mant\u0131\u011fa uygunlu\u011fu ve me\u015fruiyeti de yoktur.<\/h3>\n

AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n bu hukuksuz ve hesaps\u0131z ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na izin verilmemelidir.<\/h3>\n

The AKP government, which has dismissed the HDP Mayors of the Metropolitan Municipalities of Diyarbak\u0131r, Van, and Mardin by appointing trustees, defended this despotism on the pretext that it is \u2018lawful and conscientious\u2019.<\/p>\n

It is not possible for this decision to have legal grounds because there is no rule of law in Turkey.<\/p>\n

There must be written rules in order to talk about the existence of a rule of law \u2500 such as \u2018what is a crime and what is not\u2019, depending on these rules. There is no provision in the existing laws defining voting for a political party\u2019s candidates in the elections or being elected from a certain political party as a crime.<\/p>\n

In this respect, the Turkish government rules the country by means of unwritten rules, unlawfully arresting and dismissing people.<\/p>\n

AKP is the last political party that has the right to talk about \u201cthe conscientious suitability\u201d of the dismissal of the three HDP Mayors. It is utterly nonsense that a political mindset, which is hostile to labor, motherland, culture, people and nature, dares to defend its any action on the basis of \u2018conscience\u2019 discourse.<\/p>\n

The AKP government almost acts like a political power aftermath of a revolution by flouting the laws and rules. Yet, revolutions are social transformations that make humanity progress forward.<\/p>\n

Revolutions that violate the laws while springing into action to establish the better, more beautiful, juster and more advanced order shape the new political and social life in the course of time by setting up new rules and laws.<\/p>\n

However, the AKP has always defended the wrong, the evil and the injustice for its 17 years in political power, and it has felt the need to act unlawfully every passing day because the AKP is a counter-revolutionary force.<\/p>\n

The decisions taken by a counter-revolutionary force are not only unlawful but also they have no rationality and legitimacy.<\/p>\n

The AKP government should not be allowed to legitimize this unlawful step.<\/p>\n
