We are passsing through difficult times. The rising costs of living, poverty and problems of affording a living are increasing day by day. For working women, all these translate as greater unemployment, deeper exploitation and more violence.
While we are wondering “How much more these prices can rise?” a war emerges; and next, we find ourselves worrying for: “Are we going to find oil, are we going to be able to buy our bread?”
But are we hopeless? No! Are we helpless? Not at all.
Because the number of working women who are standing up against these is increasing every day. Women who took to the streets 105 years ago saying “Bread and Peace” are still there, protesting against the soaring bills, struggling shoulder to shoulder for their rights, and encouraging other workers!
Proving that they will not fit into the reaction and darkness of the AKP for 20 years, women demonstrate the whole country that they will not fit into the system of exploitation either
Women did not bow down yesterday, and they do not bow down today! They are shouting out loud that they will not fit into this social order, based on violence and exploitation: We are coming, breaking the chains!
Greetings to all the women who stand up and do not bow down!
Greetings on the March 8 International Working Women’s Day!
