Communist Party of Turkey (TKP), while protesting the terror created by the investigation against the opponents of AKP (Party of Justice and Development) - an investigation that is getting out of control and losing credibility - declares that the only power to stop AKP, any public enemy or collaborator circles is the working class and that TKP will not just be an onlooker to the process of turning people into an audience to a conflict between different wings within the state through assimilation.

Party of Justice and Development is enemy of the working people. In our opinion, the coups d’état are always led against the working people. The elimination of social security system, abolition of compensation for seniority, privatizations and similar practices are the main elements of the economic policies of AKP. There will be no democracy coming out of those policies. The ones who claim that AKP is protecting democracy are the circles who expect advantages from those policies and the ones who follow those circles.

Party of Justice and Development works under the command of USA and EU. Today, even those with the poorest sight are noticing the relationship between Erdogan and Washington and other imperialist centers. Since when is Washington taking action against the coups d’état? Since when is there a struggle for democracy in collaboration with imperialism? The democracy that AKP is defending is nothing but the market dictatorship that USA is forcing the whole world into.

Party of Justice and Development defends the dark and exerts efforts to render the social and political life in Turkey more and more religious and to connect them to religious rules. There will be no democracy out of this. The only thing that will come out of this is Islamic fascism. With the campaigns led under the guise of fight against the coups d’état and gangs, AKP's own gangs and desire for coup d’état is hidden.

Tayyip Erdogan, who talks about gangs, instead of mentioning trifling claims, had better talk about the CIA operation on May 1, 1977. He had better talk about the massacres in Kahramanmaras and Corum. He had better talk about the killing of 7 young members of Workers Party of Turkey (TIP), the bombing attack against students on March 16, 1978; the dark action of the reactionist fundamentalist band who burned dozens of people alive. Tayyip Erdogan had better talk about the killing of Vedat Aydin and other dozens of Kurdish politicians.

He cannot do that... Because in all of those, there is accomplice. Moreover, in all of those USA has a direct role. He cannot talk about those events because MHP (Nationalist Movement Party), who fights for "democracy" together with AKP has something to do with those murders and massacres.

Now, they dare to boast of the fact that they are removing leaders of coups d’état and gangs! What they are actually doing is to lead Turkey to a fascist dictatorship as a full supporter of USA, market economy and reactionism.

We will never allow this!
